انطلاقا واستلهاما من قولِ الرسولِ صلى الله’ عليهِ وسلم:" لئِن يحتطبَ أحدُكم حزمةً على ظهرِهِ خيرٌ له’ من أن يسألَ أحدًا فيعطيَه’ أو يمنعَه)
تسعى لجنة’ الزكاةِ بولايةِ السيبِ إلى تمكينِ الأسرِ المتعففةِ ومساعدتِها لإيجادِ مصدرِ دخلٍ ولتأسيسِ مشروعٍ تجاريٍ يعينُها على تلبيةِ احتياجاتِها ويعفُها عنِ السؤال .

من هنا جاءت فكرةُ سوقِ الجودِ وهو أحد الأقسام التي يحتوي عليها برنامج تمكين الذي يعملُ على تنميةِ الأسرِ الفقيرةِ عبرَ استعمالِ التقنياتِ المعاصرةِ وهو عبارةٌ عن سوقٍ الكتروني يمكّنُ الأسرةَ من عرضِ منتجاتِها بمختلفِ أنواعِها وأشكالِها ويمكّنُها من الوصولِ إلى أكبرِ شريحةٍ من أفرادِ المجتمع ولذا تهدفُ لجنةُ الزكاةِ بولايةِ السيبِ عبرَ هذا التطبيقِ إلى تسويقِ هذهِ المنتجاتِ وعرضِها على المستهلكينَ ويعودُ ريعُهُ على هذهِ الأسرِ المتعففة.
